Sahara refund claim without Aadhaar card
It is not possible to claim the refund without a valid Aadhaar number and card. Aadhaar number plays a crucial role in this refund transaction process. The number and card are used to identify the person applying for refund. It is used to ensure that the refund is provided to the correct user and his/her bank account.

Aadhaar card is also mandatory for registering on the portal as well as logging into it. Without it, you won’t be able to register or login to it.
Apart from that, you must also have a bank account that is Aadhaar seeded. In other words, you must have a bank account that is linked to your Aadhaar account. The refund will be deposited automatically to this account. Thus, it is not literally possible to apply for refund claim without a valid Aadhaar card.
Sahara refund claim without PAN card
If the refund amount if less than 50,000 INR, providing PAN card number or uploading scanned copy of your PAN card is not mandatory. If the refund is above 50,000 INR, PAN card is mandatory. In case of a transaction exceeding 50,000 INR, you must provide your PAN number and upload the scanned copy of your PAN card.
