Last date to submit the Sahara refund claim application form
As of now, the Government of India has not announced a deadline yet. So, there’s no last date to submit the refund application on Sahara refund portal. Users may submit their application till an official deadline is announced by the Government.
When will I get my refund credited to my bank account?
The refund process consists of two main stages –
- Verification of the claim form by Sahara Societies
- Verification and refund process by authorized verifier and CRCS
The time taken to get your refund depends upon the time taken for the above-mentioned stages. Let us check out how long will each stage take –
Time taken for verification of claim by Sahara Societies
- This is the first stage of verification process
- Sahara Societies take 30 days to verify your claim request (from the date of submitting the application form)
- This is the second stage
- This stage takes another 15 days
Total time taken for the refund to reach your bank account
In total, it will take 45 days for the refund to reach your bank account. The amount will be credited to your Aadhaar seeded bank account.
