Bullying prepares one for war, not peace

The above statement holds a deep and profound meaning. Students hailing from different age groups fall prey to bullying in the US. For example – close to 19% students reported to getting bullied in the US.

With the rise in the use of internet and smart-gadgets, cases of cyber-bullying are also on the rise!

Reporting instances of bullying

The best way to deal with this peril is through – reporting. Students must be trained to report instances of bullying. Not reporting the incident may encourage the bully to continue his/her activities in the campus. Schools must have an active and vigilant anti-bullying department or mechanism. It should create a safe environment for students who come forward to report instances of bullying in school campus.
