Returns & Refund Policy

We have a transparent refund policy. Since we sell digital products (counseling and guidance-related), there’s no physical product being shipped. So there’s no question of returning any physical product.


Our refund policy is as follows –

  • For 100% refund, you must contact us at-least 6 hours before the counseling session starts
  • Customers may reach us via WhatsApp and request to cancel their package/order. Please ensure that you cancel your order at-least 6 hours before the scheduled time
  • If you don’t cancel your package within 6 hours of commencement, we won’t be able to provide a refund
  • If you are eligible for full-refund, the payment shall be deposited in your bank account within 2-4 working days
